Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work. This deposit secures your project in our schedule.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are handed over.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 10%. Continued non-payment may result in legal action and additional charges.

Revisions Policy

Initial Revisions: We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions during the design phase at no additional cost. Each round of revisions will be completed within 7 business days.
Additional Revisions: Any revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our hourly rate of €25/hour.
Revision Requests: All revision requests must be submitted in writing to ensure accurate and timely adjustments.

Project Timeline

Milestones: The project timeline will be outlined in the initial agreement. Delays in feedback or approval from the client may result in adjustments to the timeline.
Deadlines: Diginalin commits to meeting deadlines as long as the client provides necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner.

Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep all project details confidential. This includes any proprietary information shared during the project.
Publicity: Diginalin reserves the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Liability

Limitations: Diginalin is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the designs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services or products used in the project.

Copyright and Usage Rights

Ownership: Upon final payment, you will own the rights to the final design. However, Diginalin retains the right to use the designs in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.
Usage: The design can be used for its intended purpose as outlined in the project brief. Unauthorized alterations or resale of the design without our consent is prohibited.
Stock Assets: Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used in the design will adhere to their respective licensing agreements, which may restrict certain types of use.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project after the initial deposit, you will forfeit the deposit. If the project is canceled after significant work has been completed, additional charges may apply based on the amount of work done.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: Diginalin reserves the right to cancel the project at any time if the client is unresponsive, uncooperative, or engages in unethical behavior. In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed work. Any issues with the delivered work should be addressed during the revision phase.

Agreement

Acceptance: By engaging Diginalin for your project, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Modifications: Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
